Totally there are 92sets of CNC and EDM machine, 57 sets of injection machine (80T-2400T), heavy cranes (25T/5T) and 2 sets of advanced gas-assisted injection molding system. With those perfected and advanced equipments, Xinmao can produce all kinds of normal plastic parts and gas-assisted plastic parts, or reprocessed parts. Our annual plastic parts are above 2 million sets and 1. 8 million sets of painting parts. Also we have been qualified by ISO9001: 2000 and implemented 5S system in our co***ny.
